This tower is a BTS a.k.a. Base Transceiver Station. We're pretty sure you're already familiar with this type of infrastructure, you've probably seen a lot of them while walking home or driving to work but have you ever stopped to think what they're for or how they work? There's often a lot of misconceptions about these antennas, like those conspiracy theories suggesting a correlation between 5G Networks and Covid-19 for instance, but they actually provide us with essential services we use in our everyday life.
